Return Period
You may return defective or damaged products within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by sending a photo of the issue to our WhatsApp: +506 7299 9389. We will assess the case, and if approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Repairs and Shipping
We do not offer refunds. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs to receive, repair, and return the item to your address. To begin this process, please contact us at +506 7299 9389 with a description and photos of the issue.
Limited Warranty
The repair coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Conditions for Reserved Products
- Reserved products must be paid in full or picked up within 1 to 2 months.
- If the client does not complete the payment and does not pick up the product within this period, any payment made will be forfeited, and the transaction will be considered closed with no right to claim.
